C2M v2: Call of Duty map importer for MW - BO4 (Blender 3.6)

This is a reupload of sheilan102's Github upload, although with 4 different builds to try exporting and importing COD maps from. This works for Steam only versions of MW to BO4, with the only exception of BO1. The main reason for this upload are the 4 builds I found to dabble with when importing a map. For example Discord SaturnSquid's build of C2M worked for importing a BO2 map as seen in the screenshot, but not for a MW2 map.
